Endocrine Disruptors are found in many everyday products, including some cosmetics, food and beverage packaging, toys, carpet, and pesticides. Contact with these chemicals may occur through air, diet, skin, and water.
Together, we will do an audit of your daily living and address the common culprits with swaps or lifestyle changes in order to ensure the environment you are living in is the cleanest it can be.

The modern high-carbohydrate, grain-based diet created a dependency on external carbohydrates for energy at the expense of fat metabolism. There must be a movement away from industrial processed foods and toward quality, nutrient-dense foods.
Eating locally grown and organic/pesticide-free vegetables and fruits along with naturally raised animal products offers us the most nutritional value.
Together, we will do a deep dive on your current eating habits and work to seamlessly integrate a more whole-foods-based approach to your daily life.

In addition to the program of your choice, Erin will visit your home and spend up to two hours helping you purge your pantry and detox your home. This visit will conclude with an hour guided grocery store run at your local go-to.

Hi, I’m Erin
I’m a Certified Master Primal Health Coach based in Norwalk, Connecticut with my husband Mike and our baby boy on the way. I spent much of my twenties navigating how to manage my PCOS diagnosis naturally in order to safeguard my fertility.
Through a one-on-one coaching relationship, I offer women in their 20s and 30s the guidance they need to support lifelong health. You’ll learn how to eat and move more intuitively, promoting increased energy and a renewed confidence in body, mind, and spirit. Helping you find your unique path to Truly Living is my passion.
