  • If we decide to move forward together, you’ll complete a thorough intake form that gives me a clear picture of:

    • What balance and wellness look like to you

    This process helps me get to the root of what’s really going on and begin crafting your personalized plan.

  • In our first session, I’ll walk you through a customized plan based on your intake and my signature Truly Living Method™, which supports you through:
